Terms & Conditions of Pitch Hire with The Soccer Dome: last updated 12/02/20 
- Due to health and safety we do not allow studs, moulded or bladed boots on our pitches. Flat trainers or astros only.  
- All of our pitches must be pre-booked and are charged at an hourly rate. We do not allow for just turn up and play, and pay per player. 
- All bookings must be made by an individual over the age of 18. All children and players under the age of 18 must accompanied by an adult. 
- All bookings made will receive a booking confirmation via email. Upon arrival you must provide your booking reference as proof of booking. Upon on cancellation the customer will receive a new cancellation reference. 
- All bookings are pay before you play. We accept cash, debit/credit card and cheques for payment. 
- Included in the pitch hire price you will also have access to a lockable changing room and shower facilities, and hire of a football and bibs. It is the booking managers responsibility to ensure all items are returned and not damaged. 
- The Soccer Dome do not accept responsibility for loss or damage of personal items.

Cancellation policy 
We operate with a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you may be liable to pay a cancellation fee at the discretion of The Soccer Dome. 


All football parties and parties booked with Kids Party Zone terms and conditions: last updated 12/02/2020 
General & Safety:
i. All of our party packages are priced for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 22. Due to health and safety and fire regulations we can have no more than 22 children per party package booked. 
ii. All of our party packages have a minimum of 2 fully trained staff members overseeing the party. However, the children attending the party are not the responsibility of The Soccer Dome and we ask that there is at least one adult present for the duration of the party.
iii. The Soccer Dome holds Public Liability Insurance. All of our equipment used is tested and safe to use by trained members of staff. All staff are fully trained.  
iv. The Soccer Dome will always have a qualified first aider on site in case of any accidents. 
v. We do not allow studded moulded or bladed boots on our 3G pitches, flat trainers or astros only. 
vi. For health and safety reasons we do not allow pinatas. We also do not allow decorations that may cause damages to the walls and fixings. If you would like to bring decorations please call us and we can let you know what is permitted.  

Booking and Cancellation Policy : 
vii. When making a provisional booking for your party you will receive an automated booking confirmation with unique booking reference and details for your party, please keep this safe as it is proof of your booking. If you decide to change any details of your party you will receive a new booking confirmation email with the updated details. 
viii. Your party will only be deemed as confirmed once a £30 deposit has been paid and the paperwork has been signed and completed. We ask that all customers paying deposit do come in to us to pay, as finalisation of details and paperwork sign off can be completed. We also ask that all customers bring with them the completed paperwork on the day of your booking. 
ix. All party deposits must be paid no later than 7 days before your booking. 
x. We accept a £30 deposit only, the rest of you party balance is paid for on the day of your party. We accept cash or debit/credit card as payment. 
xi. All deposits are non-refundable but are transferable. 
Party Games and Activities 
xii. The Soccer Dome and Kids Party Zone reserve the right to change activities and games during the party if the children are not responding or deem them not age appropriate, this may be done during the running of your party. Please note our staff will only do this if they feel it necessary to help your guests have the best time possible.   
xiii. Certain packages include crafting activities, although we provide aprons for the children, we do advise that guests wear appropriate clothing in case of spoiling with the craft materials. 
xiv. Certain packages include face painting or glitter tattoos, The Soccer Dome and staff have the right to refuse use of these if guests have any sensitivities, skin irritations or open wounds. We do not recommend face painting or glitter tattoos to children under the age of 3 years old.  
xv. We do accept request for staff members for parties however, we cannot guarantee that this member of staff will be available and therefore lead your party. 


5 a side league Terms and Conditions: last updated 12/02/2020 
i. A team will only be classed as entered into our leagues when: the team application form is completed with all necessary details and signed by both team manager and staff member, team deposit has been paid and you have received written confirmation that has been sent out by The Soccer Dome League Administrator. 

ii. The Soccer Dome reserve the right to refuse entry to any team or exclude any participant from the team from competition.

iii. All participants to our leagues must be 16 years or older. Those found not to be the correct age will be instantly removed from the league. All league players must be signed on to receive their player ID and FA registration.  For our age restricted leagues all players must sign on with valid ID as proof of age before playing. We only accept driving licence or passport as proof of ID. 

iv. The team manager is responsible for the team as a whole which includes but is not limited to; ensuring players play to the rules, do not act in threatening or violent manner, that all match fees are paid. All managers consent to this responsibility when entering a team. 

v. Match fees must be paid before the game is kicked off. Full match fees must be paid, there will be no exceptions. 

vi. All teams are required to join for a minimum of one season. Teams have until game week 3 to decide if they wish to continue for the duration. After game week 3 if a team decides to drop out of the league the team are liable to pay the remaining match fees for that designated season. 

vii. Each team has an allowance of 3 cancellations per season. Cancellations must be made with 24 hours’ notice. If teams exceed the 3 cancellations or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice the team will have to pay a £10 forfeit fee, as payment for match officials and administration costs. The forfeit fee must be paid before the next fixture is played. Failure to pay will result in no game. If a team fails to pay their fee within 3 weeks the team face automatic removal from the league and may still be liable for the remaining match fees. 

viii. Any outstanding fees owed will be passed on to an external collection agency. The teams owing money will also be liable for the costs of recovering debt. 

ix. If teams fail to show up and play a fixture without contacting The Soccer Dome, will result in being automatically removed from the league.  

x. All of our leagues are FA affiliated and officiated by FA qualified staff. We operate under the FA small sided games guidelines with the FA standards of respect.
